In search of a Project Surveyor
As a Project Surveyor, you are responsible for the preparation and technical survey methodology of projects at our company, in line with our clients expectations and briefings.
Responsibilities:
Understand the project deliverables, SOW, objectives and specifications
Prepare documents such as execute plans, risk assessment, quality/HSE plans, bridging documents and other documents as per our company's guidelines.
Keep an eye on the company's guidelines and update your way of work accordingly
Review project documentation for the duration of the project
Assist the project manager in the change management process
Involved with client communication
Review reports as requested by the project manager or the project data coordinator
Ongoing development of project documentations templates
Provide technical survey assistance and advice to the sales team
Assist and support the vessel(s) during the operational phase of the process
Debrief the project and forward the lessons learnt
What do we expect from you?
You have a bachelor/master degree in a survey related discipline : hydrography, geography, geology, geomatics of relevant experience
You have some experience as a project surveyor or over 10 years of experience in the offshore industry as a senior surveyor, party chief, or in a similar role.
You have good communication skills and are good in stakeholdermanagement
You have good analytical and organizational skills
QHSE knowledge & experience
Good written and spoken English
